‘In Memoriam Heinz van Hall – Composed for his organist son Georg, and the organ with Trompette en Chamade, in the Church of St Peter & St Paul, Aldekerk, Kreis Kleve, Germany, where my dear friend Heinz was Kantor for many years.’
